1. No Returns Policy

  • Purchases made from our online store https://chefsfavouritespices.com cannot be returned once delivery has been completed.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection.

2. Replacement Policy

  • We offer a full replacement for products that are damaged in transit.
  • If you receive a damaged product, you must report the issue within 10 days of placing the order.
  • Our customer support team will validate the damage via email or phone before processing a replacement.
  • Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement product immediately at no additional cost to you.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
✔️ If a prepaid order is not delivered due to unforeseen reasons.
✔️ If a replacement cannot be provided for a damaged product.
✔️ If an order is canceled before it has been dispatched.

The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

5. Timeframe for Raising a Query

  • Replacement requests and refund claims must be raised within 10 days of placing the order.
  • Any issues or concerns reported after 10 days from the order confirmation date will not be entertained.

6. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To request a replacement or refund, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

  • Click on replace request
  • fill the details and proof of damage
  • And submit the request
  • once approved
  • Replacement will be done

Include the following details in your request:
✔️ Order Number
✔️ Clear photos/videos of the damaged product (if applicable)
✔️ Brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.


Important Notes:

  • We do not provide refunds or replacements for minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
  • Refunds and replacements are subject to approval based on the provided evidence.
  • Any claims beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
