- If you receive a damaged product, you must report the issue within 10 days of placing the order.
- Our customer support team will validate the damage via email or phone before processing a replacement.
- Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement product immediately at no additional cost to you.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

- fill the details and proof of damage
- And submit the request
- once approved
- Replacement will be done

Important Notes:
- We do not provide refunds or replacements for minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
